Hi Chris.
I needed a break from here to get my mind sorted as my mental health has been seriously bad this year.
I seem to be ok and steady for now.

Sympathise with you Ralph.It can be a lonely place with Mental health issues.Sadly i find that when it comes down to it then its hard to get some to understand it or are in the slight bit interested.
