Had enough Garry, going to sell as soon as its clean and tidy.Wow JR, I can only sympathise with you, and that is the exact reason that we decided years ago not to enter the rental market.
I have to wonder what the agent was doing on their inspections, how could they not see or smell the wacky baccy farm.
All the best mate, and I hope your next tenant is of a better ilk.
Certainly don't Jim.Sensible. Neither Christine nor you need that kind of stress and worry.
Cheers Steve, extremely stressful, but having some really good mates has lessened it a lot.Oh my word! I can't imagine dealing with all that! How horrible, i'm so sorry you had to get this crap, hopefully you'll get it all sorted soon but wow, that's really shocking indeed!
all the best, Steve
Well they have the guy in Peterborough, our tennant has left and says she will pay for all the damage ( believe that when Pigs fly )John,
Really sorry to hear this my friend. I hope you manage to get this all sorted quickly and I hope the culprits get what's coming to them, but knowing British law it won't be enough.
Thanks Ian, so do we.Seriously! Wow. hope all is normal again soon.
Yes it looks that way Mick , have allowed this month before we get a better valuation. What a mess JR but it does sound like there will be a reasonably speedy reversal of their damage.
Yes indeed Tony, yes very lucky in that respect.Sorry to hear that john , but it can only get better from now on . The scumbags are no longer in there ( hopefully in custody ) and it sounds like you’ve got some fantastic mates to get things back to normal . The letting agent should be a bit more vigilant now . Cheers tony
well lets hope so mate you don't need this sort of crap.Well they have the guy in Peterborough, our tennant has left and says she will pay for all the damage ( believe that when Pigs fly )
Hi John, indeed it is, yes having good friends in a time like this is invaluable.John
What a nightmare. Good to see you have got the right gang to help you sort this out.
John
Certainly don't Paul .well lets hope so mate you don't need this sort of crap.
Thanks Wabble , its does. Cant say on here what I would do to them, apart from removing body parts !Sorry to hear this Wobble, I mean sounds like a movie script but to really happen must have been real bad. With all the good help I hope all will get better.
Wabble.
Indeed Steve, but probely get a slap on the wrist and community service.Sorry to hear this mate - I hope the scrotes get a decent sentence, but then again knowing our wet, weak judicial system I somehow doubt that :anguished:
Steve
She is indeed Andy, thank you.Blimey John!!
Only just seen this..... so sorry, you must be fuming, and I expect Christine is very upset by it all too.
Trying to look on the bright side though...... it's great that you have so many connections who are willing to help, and quickly.
Keep your chin up mate, our VERY BEST WISHES are with you both.
Love from me,Rach, and of course..... Cohan:hugging-face:.
Many thank Tim, rather like a bad dream, hopefully in 6 months this will be all in the past.Good grief John, that’s something you don’t want to have to deal with. Hope it gets sorted out soon.
Indeed John, the agents have been for of a better word crap, " oh the cleaners got a bad back, electricians are either on holiday or ill . We still be waiting for cleaners , until we found some from Peterborough, this will allow the decorators in on Tuesday.Very sorry to hear this, John. As others have said, at least you have the backup to get things put right.
John.
