Now for the lighting kit IMG_20210513_162102.jpg
And the lights with an explanation of what they are. IMG_20210513_161412_2.jpg
The cabin and cockpit lights are wired to come on with the navigation lights IMG_20210513_161424.jpg

Peter. You got your work cut out for you that’s a little too much for me curious how this might turn out.

After gathering dust on the top of the wardrobe time to get this finished I have decided against the lighting so it's straight out of the box build.
So here is the first part of the cockpit. IMG_20220721_112415.jpg

Very nice office, Peter, and it's 1/72!
I noticed the engine parts on the sprues: it will be a challenge in that scale.

Peter,
Nice work so far, the office looks great. Pity about the lighting but at least you have it for another build.

I decided to to drop the lighting as they don't suit the build plus I don't think my brain can handle the extra work.
The dials on the cockpit are so realistic, Peter. About the lighting, might it be easier if the lighting is done in the cockpit and the cabin? I was really hoping to see the night lighting effect via the windows.

I had the lighting ready it's just the issue is there isn't any space to route the wiring and the battery box and the control box.
But I will have another look once I have one half of the cabin assembled and see what I have to play with.

The wiring will fit I just have to get some more mini leds and fibre optic and relocate the battery box to outside the aircraft. IMG_20220722_191913.jpg

GREAT Peter you can do it but you may need some soldered exstenion wires but that easy enough to do but i think it will bring the plane to life an look brillant with the lights down low like i do on my big USS ENTERPRISE

Good plan Peter. Cockpit looks the biz.
It's good that you've found room for the lighting wiring. Will you run motors for the props?
Cheers

I have decided to have another go and finish it and I have decided to ditch lighting as it was giving me a headache
So I am going to be doing the Iceland Airways scheme and have put some paint on. IMG_20230131_101218.jpg
