Hope you have a speedy recovery and take it easy.
 
Good to hear all went well & your on the mend Richard, now you're out of hospital you don't have to wear that pink nightie, well not unless you really want to........
 
Good to see you released chap.A guy i worked with brought his stones in.Think it put us off Liquorice allsorts for some time lol.

Just to let you guys know I had my last blood test and check up today. Doc has given me a clean bill of health apart from a need to up my protein intake.

Like to say thanks again for the well wishers. Lots of things has happen between my ordeal and now and what a speedy recovery it was. Sorry to say the hospital didn't let me take the gown home and ya, the gallstones look like one of the assortments from the Liquorice allsorts.

Back to normalcy...nothing has affected my bench time.

That is fantastic news Richard. Shame about the gown though. You could have worn it on weekends going out on the town for a beer.......

And the eye doctor appointment??? Or are you going to start building large scale again (1/35 and bigger)

The stones have now many likenesses and I will enjoy my meats perhaps treat myself to some wagyu...one time only and save the wallet for kits.:smiling2:

THAT's it diet out of the window my mouth is watering so much i can practically taste that big steak that Rick is on about an done fairly rear so that the blood runs out MMMMMMHHHHHH HEAVEN an richard whats wagyu.. ?

Chris, wagyu beef is apparently the best and most expensive meats from cows specially bred in a province in Japan. Don't know how they do it but it has lovely marbling or distribution of tiny specks of fat in the meat that makes it juicy and tender. No other meats have this.
It's so expensive for an ounce that's why it's going to be a one time thingy or maybe two if my liver can take the fats.
