Now did you have flat copper strip or don't tell me you hammered it out !

Hi John, I scored the lines in with a panel scriber then in laid the copper wire. When dry It was filled flat.

This is painfully slow but a few more details added and the main assemblies added ready for some paint. The pioneer tools took a lot of fettling to get the moulded details off.

The base colour has been sprayed using VJ dark yellow. The load deck was prepainted with various browns then sprayed with hair spray prior to the yellow top coat. Next the cammo stripes were added using dark green. This was then all sealed with a gloss top coat ready for the next stage.

The wood showing through the paint on the bed look very realistic :thumb2:
