Tried to log in to the shop , no luck. Asked for new pass word, said it would be sent and to allow time. Nothing, also did the contact and sent John a message.

Anyone else had trouble logging into the shop, my password has never changed recently and certainly not my email address .
 
Yes John. I was able to easily reset my password.

The shop email system sent an email on Thu, 17 Feb, 11:05 , stating that we would need to re-register to use the shop system ( all orders already in system would be fine ) and gave a discount code as an apology. ( code is now outdated )
 
For some reason earlier today the emails are getting queued on the server, you should get it soon.

you can login with your email as both user/pass once your logged in you can change it

You shouldn’t do, are you using a password manager? And is that storing the old password, I login several times a day and have never had to reset my password

Well just looked at my emails and nothing from the shop for changing my pass word ?

It’s in a queue to be sent, did you try logging in using your email as your password?

Ive contracted the support for the Mail sender I use, it’s common for emails to be queued or deferred for people with Yahoo or AOL email addresses.

Both. Autofill should be up to date, but have entered in manually as well. I'll reset it again, and let you know if the issue occurs again.
