Scale Model Shop

Spots on the Internet 2020

If you take a look at the Mo's picture you can just make out the scale, top left in red.
My eyes are not good enough to read it properly.....

Like Alan said there are more models in that picture (something like "our new ship range")...
So the Missouri would be 1/1000, the others in the bottom-right corner might be 1/72, difficult to see in the picture...
Cheers, Steven

Sorry the pic quality isn't the best however just found this that suggests the Missouri will be 1/400 - btm right. The reference from my previous pic is across the range so yes 1/72 thru to 1/1000.

The ICM Gladiator I has received good reviews on most sites, 1/32 isn't really my scale, but I'm going to keep an eye out for a bargain.....
I agree that the O-2 looks good - I remember making the Airfix pushmi-pullyu in 1/72 many years ago
Dave
Dave,
Get a Glad, have one in the stash now - superb.

OK, I've looked at the ICM 2020 catalogue, and there are some tasty treats..........................................
( all pictures extracted from the catalogue )
1/32 Aircraft

1/48 Aircraft

1/35 Vehicles

1/16 Figures

There are a lot more variants & reboxings, but the above are essentially the highlights!
Dave
Cool a new Skymaster, hope it's way more detailed than the ancient Testors one.
And the zwilling is sure to take up some shelf space, maybe there is a Gigant out there too for an inflight scene:nerd:.

I note that it says 'snap fit' - but that it has 81 parts!

I don't normally look at the Hasegawa website, as all they seem to do, is reissue old mouldings in different boxes, with different decals, and claim them as 'new'. I have no idea if they have used other makers moulds, but they have released the 1/72 Mig-31B Foxhound, using the ICM mouldingshasegawa mig-31b.jpg

I know that Tamiya have used ICM models, as have Revell - are ICM spreading their wings?
Dave

I saw that Italeri are popping out a NEW TOOL Tornado in 1/32 and also another 1/35 scale torpedo boat German again though!

The Tornado has been on the cards for a while now Ian. Didn't see a date of release though. As for the S-100. I'd love one at the right price

Its not the s-100 think its an even earlier one... S-65 maybe. Ill just have a check.
Even earlier. its an S-26/S-36....

On the Takom Facebook page - coming soon!takom jagdtiger porsche.jpg

On the MiniArt Facebook page, an exciting 'new' issue - coming soon!miniart wheels.jpg

For the real afficionados
Dave

Too bad MiniArt puts two types of M3/M4 wheel into a single set — IMHO it would have been far better if they’d sold (probably simply bagged) sets of twelve wheels, one type per set. As it is, this means that people will likely end up with lots of spares.

You can download the 2020 catalogue from IBG on their Facebook page. Braille Scale Scammells & Bedfords, Chevrolet trucks in 1/35, and, their first 1/32 Aircraft, a PZL PIIc are the major new models.
Dave

Can’t say I’d heard of them either, but apparently they existed in Russia :)
