Scale Model Shop

Spots on the Internet (2021)

Now we need that in 1:35 … if Bronco can do a Horsa in that scale, ICM can surely do a big German glider as the counterpart? Think of the diorama potential :smiling3:

Only 700mm wingspan Jakko so doable. Not so sure about the Me321 though. That would scale out at about 1571mm! Need a big shelf for that!

The BRDM-2 didn't have nose wheels, but made up for it with 4 belly wheels..............................

Molotov Cocktails? ( do they mean napalm? )
Dave

Looks like it, yes. Translation is obviously not that great, as an “unguided missile” is properly a “rocket” in English, too.

On the ICM Facebook page - 'in process' 1/35 American Firemen 1910

To go with their Model T firetruck!

Interesting set of figures……if they had a fireman saving a kitten from a tree they would cover all cliches….

To be honest … I’m not convinced by the fireman with the dog. These represent the early 20th century, when people generally weren’t as sentimental about animals as they are today.

From MiniArt 'new kit coming soon'

I'm waiting for the Liechtenstein set to come along.....................
Dave

Well would believe it? Miniart bring out a T34! :rolling:

They had to, Lee. ;)
What is the "german trafic signs" kit for if there's no Czech T34/85 with composite turret and built in plant n. 112 riding on those well signaled roads? How is it supposed to reach Berlin in time? :tongue-out3:
And the cover art is no less amazing! Please, note the "Rauchen Verboten" on top of the blazing and smoking tunnel! :upside:
I guess, but here I may be wrong as well, that JR has something to do with that... :surprised:.

Andrea.

Just taken a look at the instructions fir the Zvezda M4A3 ( 76 ) W

There are two assemblies for the turret - an early & a late version, differences being the loaders hatch, and muzzle brake. No internals, and link& length tracks..................

Andy, I'm not in to any era armour of the armed forces of Russia. I do find it strange of all the vehicles used in the armoured world Miniart seem to stick more with Soviet and German material, what about allied material?

Interesting. Too bad I already have the Meng M4A3 (76) VVSS lying around, else I would probably buy this one to add that type of Sherman to my collection.

Also, I notice the Zvezda kit has the rearview mirror for the driver, that was added fairly late in Sherman production, as well as the lifting eyes on edges of the glacis plate. Combined with the VVSS suspension, this would make it a pretty rare Sherman variant, as far as I can tell.

The Soviet Union was one of the Allies :) But it’s pretty easily explained by MiniArt being from Ukraine, where the Soviet-vs.-German part of the war is rather better-remembered than the Western Allies-vs.-Germany/Italy/Japan/etc. part.

Just notice that 'other' is missing from my post, it should of read 'other allied'... brain working faster than my fingers! :rolling:
I understand that Miniart are from the Ukraine but find it a bit monotonous they mainly stick with that theatre of operations, just my thoughts.
