Scale Model Shop

Spots on the Internet (2022)

Hmmmm,i have a Dragon "Premium addition" Pak in the stash with four figures......
I wonder if it`s the same kit then?.....
Das Werk is a brand owned by Modellbau König, one of the largest model (web)shops in Europe, and mostly releases reboxed kits from other manufacturers with some parts added and/or changed to make different variants. The only original Das Werk kits I can think of, off the top of my head, are the 1:16 StuG III and Pz.Kpfw. III.

Nice post Dave.

John has some new stock in the shop - one of them is this - Aoshima 1/24 Toyota GX51 Cresta Super Lucent

Is it just me - or does that look wrong? Or is it meant to be a toon? Some of the other Aoshima car boxarts are a bit dodgy as well!

I thought maybe an Autocross racer, given the excess "camber" to the front and rear wheels to allow quicker cornering.:thumb2:

We've got quite a few cars donning cambers and tyres like this on our roads. Weird!!

Cheers,
Richard

Japanese street rod. Probably on airbags suspension so it can be set down when parked.
The road quality must be a lot better in Japan. A mile on a UK B-road and that would be junk.

Let alone the speed bumps!
