On the Italeri Facebook page - 'new' releases

Reboxes, but the Stirling has been offered as the Mk.I & Mk.IV before, so some new parts?

Dave

Hi Dave

The short answer to that question is 'yes'. I've been looking for a Stirling for my 'Hunters and Hunted' collection. The Mk IV is wrong because of it's role as at tug/paratrooper transport plus it's pricey used and the Mk I which works for me is impossible to find.

So when I saw this announced I was very pleased....you can get it on pre-order but the price is around £45...... :crying:

It's nice to know that Meng's tires don't smell bad...:rolling::smiling4:
I'd go for it (the car, not the smell :smiling6:) but in 1:1 scale...:money-face: Unfortunately, my bank account has a different opinion ...:disappointed2:

AFV Club aren't forthcoming with any more details, either on Facebook, or on their website

These photos already show all the new parts, as far as I can tell — the Churchill hull won’t need changes other than the stuff you can see here: the winch on the back and a bracket on the bow to carry the bridge. I can’t wait for this kit to come out …

Once again Revell seem to sliding a model out, without any fanfare - it's a reboxing of their 1/48 Typhoon, but with rather special decals - 'available June'

They are easy assembly models - it looks as if they're following the lead of the Zvezda 1/72 models - pity it's of a subject virtually unknown outside of China.
