#me2 cant see the point of them. still I just dont buy them. problem solved.another Paper Panzer - I find it difficult to raise any interest in these, but then again, I'm a grumpy old man!
Be more impressive if it was a real one. The Artist was obviously influenced by the likes of James (capt. slow) May or Hammond the Hamster.I've just come across this on Etsy, advertised as Framed Deconstructed model kit
On the Modelsvit Facebook page - 'available late summer'

Strangely, I can't remember ever making a model of the Hornet - somehow doesn't appeal to me!

Really enjoyed the film and some interesting interviews with former top gun staff who had input into the film.Prolly Mick, both E & F variants plus an appearance by an aged F14.

Something wrong with their geography if they really believe that "the Chinese market does not require long-distance shipping"!Not exactly a good statement from Border Models on their Facebook page
"Statement on Lancaster: We hope that all model enthusiasts will be able to purchase our products from your local agent. Our agents will receive our fastest and most efficient after-sales service, especially replacement parts. A lot of the reason for Lancaster's breakage is that these items are bought from other sources, especially some from Ebay and Chinese stores, because the Chinese market does not require long-distance shipping, so the packaging is simple and stacked. But if they were sold to Europe or North America, Shipped by rough international courier ,there was a great risk of breakage because Lancaster was so big. We use Lancaster in Europe and North America and Australia, all with special reinforcement, and individually thickened packaging (1pcs/ctn). And we have never authorized any Ebay store to sell our products, and they There is hardly any aftermarket and replacement parts service available."
Sounds like they are having problems with breakages of parts on models bought through ebay, or Chinese retailers - it cold be that any replacement paets will have to come through authorised agents! The likes of Meng & Trumpeter supply models in strong packaging, given the nature of their worldwide market, Border may have dropped the ball on this..........

Seems to me that they are completely out of their depth on this one to be honest. Not exactly a good statement from Border Models on their Facebook page
