Hi all due to the kindness of Richard, this arrived today all the way from the US of A.

It looks an amazing kit, obviously since it was a kind donation I have decided to take greater care than I did with the RE20 first thing I noticed was the fuel lines are way out of scale they should be 8mm which scales down to 0.7mm roughly (slightly less than that its actually 0.67recuring) the supplied clear tubing is 1.33mm View attachment 431266

I’ve never been a huge F1 fan, but I always liked this car so I’ll tag along with the petrol heads if I may….

More progress on the engine and chassis.
I can't believe these engines are the same scale considering they are similar CC's






 
Excellent engine & tub. Been trying to find an old photo taken in our racing teams' garage back in the 60s of a small block Chevy 327cu. in., an Oldsmobile 324cu.in., & a Chrysler 331cu.in. hemi. all in a line. They look like papa bear, momma bear & baby bear or small, medium & large size engines.
