Tis done, or at least done enough until I build a diorama for it. Found a Panzer IV from 30 years ago to replace the stupid shiny 6 wheeled chariot of failure.

I tried not to overdo the wear & tear this time, I wish I'd just gone for it now but there's always the next one.

Thanks for all your encouragement.

Dan

Suitably beaten and dirty for a busy transporter. Nice Job Dan. I like.

Looks REAL in those pics Dan !!
Absolutely love it mate, sure is a build to be proud of for sure.... You just gotta be chuffed with that :)
All the time and effort you put in over the months has paid off in spades ;)
Well done indeed,
Andy

Nice one Dan! Makes me realise I shall have to finish my efforts sometime - excellent and atmospheric backdrop!

Has a new meaning to the saying "crap in the back " the committee were very impressed with the real look and great back drop to the photos.
Therefore I'm please to award the coveted .

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I'm my own worst critic but I'm quite pleased with it...

Thanks Andy, praise indeed. There's a certain Bergepanther, late of your parish, that's about to get a proper caning !

Thank you John, that'll be the second "dog's" awarded to me by the illustrious committee of the all seeing eye. I now have a fine pair of them and will show them to anyone who is interested.

I cannot take credit for the backdrop though, Cornwall's been working on that for millions of years (slightly longer than I spent on the FAMO)
Hi Dan
A result to be proud of. It's going to need a BIG dio base :smiling:
Jim

It will be long but pretty narrow. I'm only about 5 kits into my re-found modelling career but already understand why folk build 1/72 !
