All very tidy and "Ship shape" which is lucky I s'pose. lol

Are the parts pre-cut Andy, or do you need to cut them out?

They are punched into sheets around 1200 x 600 in most cases Ian but beleive me its hard going trying to get the little bits out and even though its a plastic of sorts you still need to file off the burs. Once i have them out i sand down all the surfaces, this helps for painting as you would expect but more so for the finish. The surfaces arent really that flat to be honest.

Thanks Steve. The next job is to install some red lighting in the wheel house and white in the lower sections and then some internal painting will be done.

last time i played with electricity it 3 phase and i cut right through it,woke up near a wall 10ft away lol

415 can give quite a kick, i had one once sitting on a metal frame that wasnt earthed, i grabbed one phase having thought that it was still isolated and nothing, i then grabbed another phase in the other hand and then i found it wasnt hehe.
