I have to go and find a dealer in Calgary that sells it. Is it hard to work with? I know it makes an awsome looking model when you do it right.

Very nice work their Curt.

As far as Alclad goes it's as easy to use as any paint. It comes ready to spray. It is lacquer based so it does whiff a bit! Clean up with lacquer (cellulose) thinners.

I spray at a fairly low pressure (about 15psi) and mist on several light coats.

Cheers

Looking great so far Curt.

It is a very impressive kit that you are certainly doing justice to, I just hope I manage to do so with mine when I start it.

Nice bit of intricate work there. Loving it, well done. Will be watching with great intrest.

Cheers

I have just got the fusealge halves together and ran into a slight snag with the fit. I must have missed a locator pin for the cockpit. But I got this problem solved so everything fits, it was my mistake and not the kit. I have a hard time painting the bullets because I shake too much. I will have pictures tomorrow to show my progress. This will be my second attempt at a bare metal finnish. The first attempt was kind of cheap looking, I did not polish the plastic first.

Thank you all for your comments and tips this is appreciated.
