I managed to spend a little time on my build today.
The decals are now applied in the cockpit which looks a whole lot better.
Also started assembly to the stage that I can do the filling, touching up and adding some body colour.
I did make a bit of a dogs breakfast of the initial paintwork while assembling, but hey ho, it gives me more practice.
Cheers

Andy
Edit....... Oh,I see they have... Doh!!

Thanks Andy, very kind of you to say.
The bits and bobs have been added to the external bodywork, and I am base coating at the moment, so progress is being made.

Progress thus far.
I have managed to get all the external trim attached, main colours sprayed and clear coated.
Now to the windows, that will be fun :smiling2: and then the decals and some delicate weathering.

Well, my helichopperwhirlybird offering is pretty much done.
I have taken this to the level that I am comfortable with, and my skill level allows, so all in I am reasonably pleased with the end result.
No it's not perfect, but I'm getting better with every model, and most importantly having fun.C2B85D12-0308-4090-9267-E529DF6BC973.jpeg

Not looking bad at all mate :thumb2: good choice of kit ,I really enjoyed building this one as well.

Oops I noticed the wipers are missing, as well as the aerial wire.
Silly mistake

This looks good Garry, what I look for in a good finnish in aircraft are the clear parts application and here they're clean with very little smudge or glue marks and are clear neat and tidy. :thumb2:

Cheers,
Richard
