Those buildings are looking excellent Sir Ron.
As for the book.... Go for it. with your skill set and sense of humor it will sell well.
The building you produce Ron are as good as any I have seen sold and on a par with the works of "night shifts" Martin. Who spends a fortune on materials/paints for them!

Apologies mate , only just seen this , you know how busy the run up to the dreaded Xmas nonsense can be . Absolutely amazing work as always and this time in 1/72 ! Looking forward to seeing who ( or what?) the squatters turn out to be . Cheers tony

Roof started. I use thin cardboard to start with.....
The gap on the right is for damaged sections.

I've started to roof the roof....
Paper 'slates' and a bit of gash coloured card for the ridge tiles. The valley is made of paper strips.
As I wrote earlier, I'm not fussed about nice straight, evenly spaced slate courses. I want a rough and ready rustic look.
I'll straighten out the lower bent course at the end of the job.

Ah yes, a good source of quality card stock. A pretty posh outfit for sure. Love the courtyard masonry.
