Cosford. I haven't been in a few years so this will be a nice return to one of my favourite events. Good variety on display and I get to see a Canberra in the air - never seen one of those before. Right time to wake daughter No 2 up. She's going to hate me.

hope you have a lovely day off it Colin, :D she will be fine only hate you for a few hrs and be back to good

When you work a watchkeeping system on a ship and you happen to be on the 12/4 watch you have to call the 4/8 lads at 03.30 in the morning. Life can have some very simple pleasures!!

Doughnuts and hot chocolate on arrival bought me forgiveness.

I've never had a problem getting up, I don't even need an alarm clock these days - I'm getting old.

So, I did mean to update this post as the day went on, but this new phone couldn't catch the 3G, so no updates. Anyway, the Canberra and Hunter duo didn't disappoint. I think the bit I really liked was 9 WW1 replica aircraft in the air at the same time. Quite a sight.
