After removing that last pour which failed to harden , no doubt my fault , not with the mix but cross contamination. That can be the only reason I can think off .
I was left with a diorama tilted up at the back so any resin could gradually run, creep down on to the silicone mat. Glad I bought those pointy paint drying things as they were really good at keeping the dio up as it sat on the bench.
I had to remove all the Lilly's , and flowers, clean and allow to dry. Once the new resin had arrived I set too. This time it was a 1/1 mix, thin layers so decided this would be perfect.

Did the mix, pour , then the cover and waited, looking once to check for bubbles. Once dry I gave it another 3 days before I added those Lilly's and some flowers. Then did a little gardening at the back of the tracks , mainly to show vegetation taking hold.

Thanks for looking and the support along the way.

I just love the imagination you have to even think of such a scene. Coupled with your kit building prowess you have all bases covered.
