Fantastic day ,wasnt it stuart? The flying display was excellent ,especially as the vulcan got last minute clearance to fly!! There didnt seem to be as many traders as previous years though , i only bought 4 kits!!LOL cheers tony

Neither of us bought any - we were in shock !!!

I was very impressed with the Sentinel climbout - THAT was impressive, that thing must have thrust in excess!!

And the Vulcan was real nice, only one pas with the ubiquitous howl though

Hi ian , we only took my sons camera (a nice panasonic DSLR ) but he forgot to charge the battery! so we only got a dozen pics before it died, Ill try and get them on though. cheers tony

Different day and, because of very strong cross winds, different parts to the air display. BoB Memorial flight and the Spitfire/Typhoon display were called off as well as a few other things. However, no probs for me as the statics are my main interest although I didn't get to see them all. I didn't watch all the flying either and, as I am crap at flying shots and only have a medium lens, not too many good pics. However, I have got a few reasonable ones posted on my website if anyone wants to take a look. This link takes you to the Events Page and the top two sets are one for the Military ground stuff and the other the Aircraft.

However, here is a sight you don't always see at an air show lol

As for these two, not sure if the pilot would get into a ME109.....

What idiot would give my daughter Sophie a gun????

I gotta say I'm impressed! I didn't see the real you through your disguise of "the fat guy in a pink shirt!" LOL

That guy who couldn't get into a Bf 109 looks like he'd have problems getting into a Zeppelin .... in fact he could BE a Zeppelin!

Nice shots Graham - both here and on the site! I didn't see the Global Hawk (maybe that was absent on Saturday)! That rather Garish F-16 was a sight to see...
