What aspect of modelling do you enjoy most

Thread owner
Despite warnings from my inner self I have bought another Airbrush.
This time its an Iwata HP-CH, no idea what sort of overall condition its in.
Cleaned and rebuilt one that was in a sorry state before, so not really too concerned.

I totally love starting a new kit. I always have this dream of how good it's going to look when finished. It's such a pity I don't have the same degree of love when it comes to actually finishing them! I've lost count of the number of unfinished kits I have sitting in boxes scattered all around the house.

I can't think of any part of the process I particularly dislike - all aspects of modelling are generally enjoyable. I like the sense that I've created something, I like it when a paint finish looks right, I love having some chill-out time of my own.

You can't beat a decent bit of brush painting Lee.

The airbrush is fine and all that - produces a great finish etc. - but it can't beat the fun of bashing paint onto a model with a hairy stick.

HI Arnie well i'll see about that when i build that big phantom as i havnt got a good a/b so i'll be usein a hairy stick to paint on the green an brown camo from veitnam time
