Thanks andy, if you were ground crew then maybe you could shed some light on something for me? While looking at reference pics of the rotor head and tail rotor I noticed that there were different colour bands painted at the base of each blade , i replicated these on the model but still dont know the reason for them. I presumed it was so they went back where they came from if disassembled , maybe the unit is finely balanced a bit like a car wheel ? cheers tony
