Hi all, Andrew from Adelaide, Sth Australia. Realised after 50 years that I missed my model cars as a 7 year old. Never did dioramas back then and thought I would have a go as a 57 year old. Here are my first ever attempts. Very amateur but looking forward to learning. Beer can for size comparison.
VW rusting in the Aussie outback and a trawler I found.

Thank you all for the warm welcome and encouraging feedback. I will post some more pics and 2 other dio's that are works in progress.
Should I start new topics somewhere or just add them here?
Can I add videos?

Looks like you've taken to this dio thing. The gardening & wave work are excellent. PaulE

Thanks, our other hobby here in south aust is fishing but cold, wet, windy winters which keeps the boat in the shed. I am hoping this hobby will keep my mind young and active during winter instead of sense numbing tv on the couch.

Gooday Mate and welcome to the best model forum on the net,

lets see more work soon,

regards Barrie ( the old guy )

Hi Andrew, your dios are great. You could teach us a thing or two about how you did the water. Being a fishing guy must have helped with how the waves should look like.

Cheers,
Richard
