I have been a very good boy lately! Thinning out the stash and not buying more to fill it up again, but once in a while you see something in evilbay and at the right price, you can't pass it up. A fringe weapon developed in '43 and produced in '44 in limited quantities. No found records that it was used in combat, but was effective in the trials and tests,

It's Mike Baldeweg from Customscale's, first plastic kit release. He makes a lot of resin kits and conversions in Berlin. Real nicely molded with an alu barrel and a small etch fret. The downside is you have to make/roll the flash deflector for the barrel end from an etch piece. The box cover artist also mixed up his V and B in the sign on the I-beam......

Postie just dropped these through the door - got to wait until the pin vice turns up to use them though!

Was a offer, 2 for £5.85 or £3.60 each, and as I'm clumsy, I reckon that I'll break the smallest ones fairly quickly (also another set coming with the pin vice)

You might not realise Gerry, but you can buy the drills individually for quite low prices. Once you have a set you can simply replace broken ones as you need to. I just buy three or four of the broken one and keep them as spares for later.

Drills are always useful, though to be expected that it's usually cheaper just to buy the ones needed, probably will go that route in future :thumb2:
