    Hi

a really great birthday present from my brother - 28mm figure of Noggin the Nog charechters. The set includes: Nogon (of course), Nooka, Ranf, Knut, Thor Nogson, Olaf the lofty, Graculus and the baddie of the group: Nogbad the Bad.

i think my B17 project is going to be set aside while I paint these!!

Have used this company several times and never had a problem, as long as you watch the £ cost per order you
              don't get clobbered for taxes.

                      Jon,
I had a go at the Ontos - getting all six of the tubes to line up was beyond me ( I think I used the Voyager detail as well! ) . The tracks were a bit iffy, too! Not one of my finest efforts!!!

I wouldn’t mind building an M50 Ontos, but Academy is not really my favourite manufacturer. They get too many minor things just a little wrong, if you ask me. But if it’s the only choice … (Well, other than the old resin Nimix kit.)

                          Hi guys

Nothing special but one can never have too many paints or too much glaze! :smiling5:

During a wonderful B/Holiday in the Mendips, I always like to support any local model shops while I am away. I came across Signals in Midsomer Norton and had a nice time being looked after by the owner Mike. Although predominantly a model railway shop he did have a large selection of scale models, accessories, paints and tools. So well worth a visit if you are in the area.

I also went to one of the largest Car Boots I have ever been to, at Cheddar on Sunday. I came across a guy who had some water damaged model kits. He was asking a £10 for each one as he knew nothing about the condition of the kits. All the boxes were sealed so it was a bit of a gamble to what I was buying.

The Panzer IV turned out to be a box of bits which I pretty much figured would be the case because of the stickers on the box. Got some wheels and crates so not too bad

The Panzer I ausf C was a complete kit but someone had already started it by doing the lower hull and the figures. Not too much damage done so should be a nice build once done

The best of the bunch was the Grasshopper which was a complete and an untouched kit. The destructions are water damaged but I will download these so no problem there.

I haggled him down to £25 so very pleased with the outcome. Happy modelling everyone
