.... It must be a current trend to upgrade your product... that's a new style of VJ bottle to me,and also the Eduard mask set packaging is now HUGE...but the important bit is still the same yellow, tiny slip:flushed:

      ......me again!! :smiling4:
You know those times when the wife treats you to a bottle of your favourite tipple,( in my case,J.D.),you have a couple, fire up the laptop, browse a certain site, close the laptop, and toddle off to bed?.... NO?!:flushed:.... Oh,just me then!!
Anyway, cut a long story short,I got 2 reminders yesterday morning to "increase my bids"....
      "What bids"?.... Thought I ......
It would seem that I placed two minimum bids....and promptly forgot all about 'em!!
So, I've ended up with these, for the princely sum of £20 and £4 combined P&P.......

I've not actually built any yet,but I've had a Roden SE 5 in the stash for a while
And the Fokker Tri plane is purely nostalgic,as the Red Baron reminds me of my early modelling days, many moons ago

Triplane should be a nice way to ease into the type, as far as I remember it doesn’t have a huge amount of rigging….Allen did a fabulous Snoopy dio with one yonks ago as well….

                    Evening all

So some basic essentials have arrived in the last couple of days......I don't need that much glue but getting it from my local hobby shop can tricky sometimes, so I thought I'd stock up.

Managed to snag this 110 on the Bay that is Evil for what I think is an OK price.

If you want a non-night fighter 1/48 Eduard Profipack Bf 110, you can pick one up a new one for just under £30......but if want a night fighter version a new Weekend Edition will cost around £30 and a Profipack approaching £40 and often more - go figure!

Whilst the decals are of no use, they're for a D-3, the cheapest I have found the cockpit additions and masks for is £15 plus p&p, so all in all I think I've done ok.
The box is absolutely chocked full of parts too!

I might try selling the decals for a few quid as one place I regularly used is currently selling them for £15.

The box is absolutely chocked full of parts too!

Oh I do like a 110... Be it the night fighter or not.... You certainly do seem to have snaffled up a right bargain there Andrew

                            Ian,

I don't think we can get the cleaner her in the UK otherwise I would have gone down that route....at least I couldn't find it last time I looked...it always has to come from somewhere in Europe and I'm worried about what will happen when it gets to customs given the nature of the contents but I might give it a whirl next time.

                              Hi Andrew
It is available from Amazon. It is obviously sourced abroad, but being Amazon should be priced at what you see.
