Hi Polux, that looks a nice space. Is it what we call a loft conversion, that is in the roof space of a house?I considered going down that route but in the end I simply built a conservatory/studio on the back of my house. It was much cheaper!
Cheers
Steve
Will try to explain...
Imagine a "big" house. It has two spaces (cut in the middle), the first is my house (all open/loft). And the other has two plants. The lower one is a "room" for my business, and the upper one is now my 'cave'. It's under the roof and has just a small windows, and it's on the less sunny part of the house.
I have two dens, one in a corner of the dining room for the assembly, gluing, filling, sanding, masking department, and one in an attic spare bedroom for the smelly stuff like painting.

I once spilt Mr. Surfacer on the dining room carpet but cellulose thinners saved the day without anyone noticing.
