Must be a woman thing, as we were in 'The Range' today and my wife suggested I buy several assorted storage boxes.

(Normally I have to sneak my bits and pieces into the house), of course I took her up on it!

Acquired in the last couple of weeks.

The PT boat from a local guy advertising several kits for sale, bought for £40. Box a little creased but all Ok inside.

The Pibber off E-bay for £18.

And a pic of the storage boxes now in my modelling cupboard to keep HWMBO happy. She likes a tidy ship!

The last pic, is how I store my modelling boards on the inside of the cupboard door.

Ive done exactly the same allyne ! tried to stop looking on e-bay , telling myself i would be buying something at the Newark Expo next week , but couldnt help looking last night and ended up buying 2 Polikarpov i-16's and a Curtiss Hawk ( justified it to myself by saying it was one of the rarely kitted early marks of i-16 ,so it was a rarity and a bargain!) tony

I'm looking at my corner of the room and I've noticed I'm starting to turn into a "Kit-whore" pardon the expression. I have had to let a few go by the last couple of days. I can't get into the habit of buying kits "just to make sure they're in my collection before someone else buys them first". But there are a few I have my eye on... And I got paid... and the bills are paid... Tough decision to make sometimes.

It amuses me how both men and women will justify their purchases with the concept of "it was both hard to find, AND it was on sale!" "Wooooo! double whammy!" Can't argue with that logic!
