It's been a while since I posted any of my own work. We're planning a house move some time in the new year so any larger modelling projects have had to go on hold. I'm supposed to be getting organised rather than creating more clutter 😁 I have however still found a bit of time to paint some figures, they don't take up much room and when completed I add a small magnet to the bases and into storage boxes they go. Here's the lates batch, all GW figures.

Final mini of the year to be finished. A captain in terminator armour from the Raptors Chapter. Never painted any of this chapter before but they have a modern military look with their colour scheme. Back to the pile of shame for the start of 2025 😁

Unusually for me only 4 days into the new year and I have completed a figure. This was an exercise in using just contrast paints and I think it has come out ok. A Tyranid winged prime for my last model to play with as he is standing in one on his base.

Found these in my box from I don’t know when. They are still available I believe but not the best castings. One had an eye missing so he has battle damage 😁. Quickest models ever. Silver base coat, coat of silver paint, black shade coat then dry brush and highlight, job done.

There comes a point where the skill set runs out and you have to move on. For me with this figure it was getting a decent pic and painting liquids. A Warhammer 40K Eversor Assassin.
