That's not the support bracket, that runs fwd to aft the support bracket is the one to the right which goes underneathI'm not sure about this but it looks to me like the pulley slots you have made in your cathead are not correctly aligned with the support bracket. These catheads support the cables for the anchor when it is "catted". in which case the supports are aligned with the pulley slots vertically. If I'm mistaken just ignore my witterings.
