1/35 TAMIYA StuG 1V

Hi Andy I don't mind the comment , I rushed that part in fact. The troubly was using CA. Should have roughed them up a bit first.
Yes the asbestos sheets went well, apart from the size of the wave, should be a lot smaller!
Phew. I felt bad mentioning it, but you did ask for feedback.

You'll be doing a proper one next a StuG 111, Ausf F8!
Looking good John. Paint will bring it to life nicely. Agree with Joe ref fillers. Acrylic fillers work well for cracks and seams, but laquer fillers, like Tamiya, are best for dents and divots. They bind into the plastic and sand to a feather edge.

Coming along very nicely John. Very nicely detailed.
Thanks gents, Bob I will try harder !

Good day, well after noon spent in the cave.

Use some Green Stuff World micro leaves for the moss, was the smallest I had in stock.
Roof ridge timbers redone and a brush painted wash on the sheets.

I did mention that the actual size is wrong on the wave. I stripped some much smaller wave corrugated and the water expanded the size to roughly this. So will endever to find a suitable size in my travels !

John.
