That just looks awesome. It really does show how each individual small addition, be it a knot, or a rib, or such, really builds up to a truly super detailed whole.

I don't know If I can justify the cost of a cabinet it would have to be a bespoke build

Every time I look in on this I'm more and more impressed. A superb model. Definitely worth it's own display cabinet.

Bravo for finishing the ratlines. You must be up to back stays and then getting the yards across. Every step is not only superbly executed but it makes the whole model more and more of an inspiration.

Morning Guys this morning I concentrated on the mizzen shifting,standing,top gallant standing backstays and managed to do them after having my room upside down looking for the anchor rope which I have lost somehow anyway it's gone so I blamed the dogs

Not sure about that Brian. It probably won’t be given the respect it deserves, by teachers or pupils. Is there a local museum near you that might be interested? At least it would be cased there.

Nearest museum is Chester and Liverpool moving it will be a problem, I really didn't realise the size, its massive lol

This morning got caught out and run out of 0.75 thread/rope so did what I could then had a tidy up

Lots of societies dedicated to HMS Victory, naval history etc. When complete perhaps contact a few, with photos, and maybe it would find a good home. It would make an incredible raffle prize for the Victory Museum in Portsmouth

Looking for something to do today so fitted the shroud cleats and did a couple of the mainmast backstays
