Trust me, it's been a loooong time since the bench has been that tidy. Just finished a build and thinking what to do next.

Some tool holder ideas. Toothbrush holders are most excellent for this purpose. Then of course there's the little pig Crayola Eight crayon holder.

No hope of tidy bench. It's just not in me.

Crikes, my OCD would go into hyper drive. :anguished:

Well I'm afraid my bench is neither here or there.

Does show some promise Colin.................... which way is yet to be seen.

Ian, that was done purely to embarrass certain members, including me.:flushed:.

Hi all

Well there are some nice tidy benches there (and one not so tidy :smiling5:) but at least you all appear to have dedicated work areas, unlike me.

So, here is my submission - 3 benches in one! Location my kitchen!!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Set up no. 1 - working from home configuration
I normally work from home once a week and it looks something like this, minus the models of course. Duel screen set up is necessary for me (that's my own netbook not the work laptop)

Set up no. 2 - full on build configuration
As you'll see the laptop stand provides valuable additional space to place kits in progress and other items, plus it's great to clip the lamp to. Obviously it is never as tidy as this once I get going.....

Set up no. 3 - Spray booth configuration
When I first go the booth one of kitchen windows wouldn't open, so I was venting into a bucket of water to catch the paint until I fixed its the window. But other than the table having moving location to the one above (next to the now fixed window) this is pretty much what it looks like when I get the spray booth out! As you can see not a lot of room. :fearful:

Pete, there is such a thing as a too tidy bench! I fear yours is coming dangerously close to that category. I think I would ease up a little if I were you!!.lol:rolling::rolling:. Rick H.
