This superb vignette, has landed all the way from Barcelona. Excellent service and communications from Alexandre Cortina at Alexandros Miniatures.

Comes in a cardboard box, with a full colour sleeve, inside the items are sandwiched between two pieces of foam, and some parts in a clear bag.

Been working on this little chap; Clothing colours blocked in, just noticed a moulding plug on the sleeve, so will need removing before touching in;



The Pumpkin, used quite a few hues of orange, brown, yellow and greens;

Painted the straw hat;
All colours are Vallejo;
Base coat - Iraqi Sand
Dark Wash - Earth, Chocolate Brown, Dark Grey
Highlights - Iraqi Sand, Ivory + Iraqi Sand - various mixes;


Sad I know, but I love (painting) this little chap!

Shirt Now painted, along with the sunflower and the back of the waistcoat (after some valuable advice from Neil, regarding the waistcoats of that era, the back has been painted in a plain brown colour, as the fronts were made of the expensive stuff, but not the backs, which makes sense). Pole has been blocked in. Trousers are next;
