More top drawer modelling Scottie, looks superb
Mick,very kind of you.
Looks good to me Paul, after four years of occupation & shortages of everything, the worn look is the one I'd go for.
I guess your right mate not a lot of maintenance would have been done.
oooohhh now that is looking very good already! Keep it up!!!

The painting continues, I cant say I'm sure about the colour or the finish to be honest, but still some work to do.

Think the walls are ok, seen plenty that light shade, suppose you could go a shade or two lighter, but it just looks French .

I have given the walls a paler wash and I think they look a bit better. Guttering is pewter and the down pipe is a mix of miniart and pewter detailing.

Everything is now in place and it will receive its final weathering when fixed to the base.

Looking good Scottie. The new wall shade looks miles better than the ice cream colour you originally had. More in keeping with the aged appearance of the woodwork.

Hi Scottie
Excellent work. The roof is very nice and the end wall with the remains of the poster is a great touch. I agree that the lighter wall looks better - I don't know why it should but it does.

Thanks Jim, I am quite pleased with the roof there are a few things I could have done better and I have also noticed the the dormer is leaning back, but i have put this down to the weakened roof timbers :rolling:

Nicely done Scottie with the walls, brick and roof. The dulling of the paint looks better.

Cheers,
Richard
