Cheers Tim as I said to Andrew hope I don't louse it up.Looking mighty fine Scottie. Great modulation on the paint coats so far :thumb2:
Cheers Jim glad you like it.Hi Scottie
That is a very successful paint job.
Jim
I hope she will be gentle with me.
Please attend to one PAUL SCOTT aka Scotty .
In need of treatment asap .
I will send matron on when she is finished.Ooo, ooo, oo, I have an itch. No need to gentle w/me.
Cheers Steve, happy you like it. The tracks are assembled they have had a coat of Tamyia flat black and a dusting of Tamyia Hull red.Great paint job and banter mate. Best of luck with the detail painting. How are the tracks coming along?
Once you get over 60 Ron just wait !All this talk of itchiness and creams and what-not, sounds like Caustik's been rubbing off on y'all ! Scottie and Mr. Race, can't say I'm too surprised. But Minitnkr Paul TOO !?! Aw C'MON !!!
Progress is looking great. Loving the sculpted bags :thumb2:I must admit I am very happy with the way the paint has gone on. Used Tamyia Dark yellow and built up the colour slowly. Them added some high lights with the Yellow mixed with a bit of white.
Next blocked in the colour with some VJ hemp then again lighted and sprayed again. They are a bit stark but will tone down with the weathering.
cheers
Scottie
Ron, you know what the rabble is like. All this talk of itchiness and creams and what-not, sounds like Caustik's been rubbing off on y'all ! Scottie and Mr. Race, can't say I'm too surprised. But Minitnkr Paul TOO !?! Aw C'MON !!!
Cheers John, very kind of you.Joking apart Paul that is most impressive work.
The whole build is stunning, really is .
Cheers Los, not 100% happy but hopefully they will do.Progress is looking great. Loving the sculpted bags :thumb2:
Cheers Mick. That's some great paintwork Scottie.
Cheers Rick, I must admit I thought she used a trowel.Terrific progress on this since I last dropped in......those old bags of sand really look the part. Speaking of "old bags", I'm told it's the method that Matron uses to apply the cream, 'ats what has people talking.........a little "tongue" in cheek for ya! :tongue-out3:![]()
