I only dropped in to Kitstop in Birkenhead for some paint but Martin ambushed me into buying this.
If it works.....!!! :smiling5:Ah the old “I only went in for paint” ploy
Geoff.
My wife says ... I've had a few trips in an ambulance in my time Tim! My suicidal instincts (even though it's purportedly painless) faded several years ago! The aches and pains persist ... {Coming Dear !}You know how to deal with that one surely…
Wife….look, we could save fifty percent if we buy this….
You…if we don’t buy it at all we can save one hundred percent…..
Mind you, the ride home can be a bit frosty……

Well yeah, but no. Not really. I asked for the kit because I've always wanted a real one. Then a real one came along. Just thought it would be an amusing post. I'm A bit confused now too though yes, it will need a big shelf. I think. Feel tired now.....Just so I’m not confused….easily done these days Dan….are you saying you needed reference material for a truck build so you bought a real one!!! That really is above and beyond…..because, apart from anything else, you’ll never get that on a shelf.

Yeah, a cckw 352 would be the ultimate but they really are a different animal and a lot harder to use. As for the weight, 4 tons may be ? Still ok to drive on a cat licence as long as it's empty I am given to understand . Or if that's not the case they'll have to catch me first. Actually that wouldn't be too hard.I know of people that have. One has a duce and a half and a real WWII Willis. Another has a Ferret scout car !
As for the 1 and 1/2 If under 3500kg total, I'd gave one.
