Used to have a woman park like there where I lived in Salisbury. She was known as the braille lady to the locals :tongue-out3:
Good to hear that they're taking some action, even if it's not a full prosecution.Had a long chat with a copper today. They have spoken to the driver and the 2 witnesses. It seems she was trying to get past my car and a transit van coming the other way, she thought she may have hit the van with her wing mirror, so she pulled over to check her mirror. She said she had no idea about my car. Pull the other one, she would have know the impact noise was coming from her passenger side and not her door mirror. So no court case as not enough evidence
On the other hand, the police will be visiting her tonight and she will be getting a formal caution. Plus her insurance will rocket next year with her going on a insurance watch list, good!!
Mine is finally going in next week on a low loader as I have discovered the accident also ripped my tyre so I am refusing to drive it.
Where did you find a copper? Do you have friends in high places ...Good to hear that they're taking some action, even if it's not a full prosecution.
Hope your car is back on the road soon.
ATB.
