Right, stand by.

After the abysmal mistakes and having altered them I took the break and then went back to the cave.

I started with the internal parts to the rear.

Then started the sides.

Mean while the gun looking much happier in place.

The rear section had moulding marks, those these have been filled and have by now fully dried, ready for tomorrow. No gardening job as its far too cold .

I've decided to paint the internal part of the model minus those shields, this will give a better spray inside. Although the Fruils are small I'd rather use those than the rubber ones.

Back on track at last.

Thanks for the messages , nice to know I'm not alone.

John.

Your Greenhouse, spring isn't far away.
Oh got It, your right there Colin. Can't remember how long we've had it , but is in perfect condition.Think it mast be at least 15 years going on the age of two of the grandchildren .

Do you have one as well ?

Keep on tracking trucking JR it's starting to shape up. Too bad about the weather not co-operating, but 'tis winter after all.

If it makes you feel better John, heres one of my recent cockups!....20230123_225425.jpg

Starting to look really good John and I am sure the finished work will be another masterpiece.

I just hope JR has a nice Dio. planned for this piece when he's got it finished up. :thumb2:

Yes John. I recognised the type of construction when you posted some pic's from your greenhouse last year.

I'm hoping so Rick .

I never doubted you would be. Us oldies don't give up easily - too stubborn and bloody minded.
Looking good.
Very true , I maybe grumpy but never give in.

Those tracks look good. One day I'll have to try Fruils.

Price is the only downside Jim, for me they are do able . Luckily Dude 1 and Fernando took my order with them to a show in Holland and sent me a load. This was before we would have to pay customs.
The realism you gain , esp for Russian armour where the sag was prominent is worth it.
