Hi all. Finally dragged this over the line. Had a serious mojo drop (RA affecting motor skills) so struggled to complete. More fairly cold in Alexandria than Ice cold in Alex, but you get the idea.

Anyway, here be pictures…..

I hope she passes muster. I would certainly recommend the kit. No pitfalls and enough detail to keep the average man happy……no sand mats I’m afraid, couldn’t get them to look any good……

Carlesberg anyone?

Really good there Tim. A great finish Tim.

You deserve a cold Carlsberg tonight to celebrate.

That's a very good result Tim. It really looks the part. I hope your RA settled down soon.

Hi Tim
I think that perhaps you’re being a bit hard on yourself, that‘s a fabulous result on the K2. And it certainly gets a big thumbs up from me. The paintwork is spot on and the weathering light and measured.
I hope the Arthritis eases/gets sorted for you soon and you get back your mojo. In that way we get to enjoy more builds like this one.
Cheers
Paul

Tim- I meant nothing other than a quote from the film-or have I got it wrong?
Sorry mate, I missed that…I’ve been a bit sluggish since the cyst on the back of my knee burst, really difficult to get around and it’s robbed my energy…..that’s where I was coming from……getting better now though, so just the RA to get under control and I’m on the up :thumb2:

Thanks Jim. I am quite pleased with her to be honest. First infusion therapy tomorrow, so here’s hoping……

Thanks Paul. I’m quite pleased with her, just had to get motivated for the last push…..
Im up for infusion meds tomorrow so hopefully they’ll tie it down tight :thumb2:

Not a vehicle I feel any particular affinity with, but I like your model of it :)
