Morn All,

As the last post was getting long, I have made a new one for the competition pics. I have tried to keep the topics together, but that may go crazy as I go along. I hope I'm not breaking any forum rules by making 2 posts......Wing thingy's,

You're most welcome Buddy!!! It was a fantastic time and there were over 2200 entries in the comps. Oh, and remember, the pic posting ain't over till I'm finished...LMAO!!! Unfortunately, I didn't see any Bevelderes anywhere Richard...

Wow, so many entries and such an amazingly high standard!

I don't think I've got enough years left in me to learn how to be that good lol :smiling5:

Congratulation to all those who got an award in a competition with such a very high standard. Real eye candy stuff.

Wow, what a mix of genre, esp like the guy playing the piano in the forest and the one of the cottage with the ivy on the roof .
Congratulations to the guys
Thanks for posting Dude 1

Hi Allen, congrats to the winners. Getting anything in a show of that high quality is good enough. Well done.

Cheers,
Wabble

Hey Beck, it`s me Larry :tears-of-joy::tears-of-joy::tears-of-joy:
Thank you for summing up all the great stuff. Again we all had a great time over there.
Next time bring your finished wingy thingy to the contest, and we all have to call you Sir, Herr, Mr. Dewire or what ever :tears-of-joy:
See ya!

You are welcome everybody! The whole weekend was truly great (sleep deprivation included) and the models on display and in the comps were widely varied and top notch.

Andy, you are that good!!! If you look at the 2 Pibber models in the pics, you can see right away that your build and finish was much better than both of them put together...

So true Larry!!! We had such a good time and now we need to start prepping for Lingen. Oh, and only Doctors, Judges and Policemen call me Sir, Mr. or Herr Dewire! You should remember that from July last year, Anton........Will you need a note for your teacher to go to Lingen next March???...............

Prost

Thanks for sharing and a great idea to post the competition photographs in their own thread.
The standard looked to be very high indeed! Those three crashed aircraft are incredible.

That was also my thought when I looked at them. Spotted them from a little way away, thought, “Oh, PBR’s, like Andy T is building” and then quickly saw these were not as well-finished as his.

Thanks Allen - just enjoyed catching up with these on the big screen. Feeling rather inadequate now.......
