Designed to go on a bookshelf between the books isn’t it? Ive been tempted by book knooks for a while but never quite bitten the bullet….

I’ve got a regular 6B from the old Esci kit (well, an Italeri reissue) that I built ages ago but never did finish. For now, though, this 6B Gal kit will just be a donor of its tracks and drive sprockets to the Takom M247 Sgt. York
I intend to later build it as a 6B Gal but with T142 tracks on it, which did exist even if they seem to have been very rare.All I’ll use of it will be the lower hull (including suspension, track etc.), the engine deck, the commander’s cupola, the head- and taillights, and a few more bits and bobs
The end goal is this:
That is to say, the T6 medium tank prototype. I’ve already got an Asuka early M4A1 upper hull (bought as a spare straight from the manufacturer) and a Panzer Art very early Sherman turret that I got for something like €7 instead of the €21 I see it costs new, so now all I need to do is put in the work to put everything together, hack it about a bit, and putty over the gaps and other things
Ordered yesterday at 2pm and delivered in less than 24 hours 
Timimg couldnt have been any better, put on the last bit of masking tape just as the postie arrived with paint i was waiting for
