    Go for it Scott. Nothing ventured, nothing gained and there's a lot of satisfaction from wrestling a geriatric kit into some sort of order. Just take your time, dry fit because there will probably be fit issues and enjoy the challenge.

    Central Heating

    So far so good. Not had the CH on yet here in Shropshire. Like Peter I do run the heating a few times over the summer to make sure it's all good. Just had the boiler serviced so all set for colder weather.

    Latest Acquisitions (2026)

    My Trumpeter 1/700 HMS Hood, which I've been plodding along with in the background for ages, is just about done. The rigging, even just a few basic bits, terrifies me. So I took a leaf out of Mr BattleshipBob's book and purchased this. Probably still cock-up the rigging but at least I can now...
