Making Buckles
I'm struggling to make realistic buckles; I've managed to make 'C' types,although it's hideously complex, but I really need advice on making rectangular open-types such as Wehrmacht officers belt buckles. Lead Wire
I have a device from RP tools specifically for making handles; trap the wire between the two layers and use the appropriately sized 'step', then fold down each side, simples!- Airborne01

Well, here's a brief update: much digging in the garden, replacing 6.5 tons of grass with (potentially) 4 tons of stone - grass doesn't fare well due to limited sun and a sub-base of London and Kellaways Clay! Update: spent some time cleaning up (minimal) mould lines, undercutting areas such as pocket flaps, jacket front overlaps etc. Primer on main part of figure - rifle and hands to follow later as the rifle is slightly warped, bayonet needs attention, and the fragile sling is beyond redemption and...- Airborne01

Airborne's AEC Petrol Bowser - 0 - Kyrenia Pass - 1
They don't build them like this anymore! Over the edge of the Kyrenia Pass, a few rolls and then upside down in an Olive Grove. REME recovered it and drove it back to barracks! Might make a cracking diorama! Steve- Airborne01
