Looks great Patrick, love the paint work! I would've thought that was at least 1/48 scale from the detail . Very nicely done Sir!

That's a beauty, Patrick!

The weathering on the panel lines is magnificent, like sun-blanched effect as well.

Great build ;)

Great job Patrick , another winner from Airfix! . Its a fantastic kit , ive got one in the stash , if it turns out anything like this one has I'll be well chuffed. The paint job is lovely , just the right amount of fading/weathering , as Trey says its quality belies its scale - it could be 1/48 or 1/32 . Top job mate , cheers tony

I've heard lots of good things about this Typhoon and your build displays all those things perfectly. As others have said, it could be a larger scale. Great job.

Very nice Patrick , the weathering is perticulary good as its in scale with this model and I knw how small it is well done :)

Great build, Patrick. I like the weathering. It looks as if the Typhoon had a frosty night.

:)

It's a nice kit to work with, isn't it? I really liked building this because the quality is so good that it makes it easy to turn into a really good model. Is yours the starter set version?

That is a beautiful little Typhoon. Superb work the variation in the camo paintwork at this scale is outstanding.

Cheers

Certainly went to town on the Typoon there. (tank buster {sorry could not resist Patrick } )

Very interesting approach some techniques of which I will pinch and store for the future.

Gosh! So many lovely comments! You lot spoil me!

Too many to reply to all, but yes this was the starter kit ( supplied paints went unused!) & all the panel lining / chipping was done with coloured pencils (£2.99 from WH Smith's)

Anyone who wants a quality, well-made kit that's a joy to build - look no further than this one!

Many thanks to you all :)

Patrick
