Hello my Friends.
I have been in the nut house for a few weeks as my mental health became seriously bad.
My meds dosage has been upped and it is working now but I am so drained.
Paula has been showing me the site on her phone but to be honest I had no interest.
Anyway I am slowly getting my interest back and I have tried to do some modelling but my hands are a bit shaky(hopefully that will go soon).

Hello Ralph,
I'm new to the site so not been introduced..

I'm on the other side of a serious hit of PTSD, meds and therapy all worked, modelling really helps me and I am now almost back to a ' normal' ...I can assure you with the right help at home and speaking openly you will be over this...and in your own time... Take care.
