Glad things are going ok. Just take things easy, do as Jen and the docs say and plan what's next in this amazing build.

thanks Jim yes planning ahead is a must in this build an at the moment im now reworking all them 44 wires that go back into the stern section as i may not use them all but better to have some spares than not enough like what happend in my norfolk as i ran out of wires so had to put in a bigger plug in hull jiont with more wires an that sorted it ok an as been seen she works an sails ok so a big lesson learnt there but never had that problem before in my other ships but then they say a first time for everything dont they. So wireing is goin to keep me busy for several wks an i will be in heaven as i love my wireing as to me its a real challangen to get things working well i'll leave it there for as there is so much to do that id fill this whole page up if i said about everything i want to do an i will be havein fun

PART 2 OF HMS TIGER C 20 BUILD
HI ALL well TIGER build is back on now my eye op is over an healing up so im still gonna take it easy but the build is now happening
an below a pic of them 44 wires that i reworked in hull jiont D-CONNECTERS PLUGS an wires as the ones i fitted just before my eye op an these are stronger wires so they will not fail like the others did but jen has been helping me to solder the new wires in place

NEXT PIC while jen was soldeing 3 wires in place i thought id just pop downstairs an have forty winks to rest my eye well when i came back up to the man cave jen had done the wirein an also tidyied up all my tools an such an NOW i cant find nothing lol BUT good for her as it needed doin NOW WILL I BE A CONTENDER

SO NEXT pic will jump wireing for a bit an give jen a rest from wireing so i thought what can i do that wont strain my eye so i thought right its about time i fitted in the whooper battle alarm siren sound system as its nice an easy to fit as i built all this in to be fitted in months ago so here is the 12v sound unit an 12v speaker an it box just laid out ready to be fitted in

AN in this pic the speaker is just laid in its sound box an plugged into its wireing

AN here in this pic speaker is now all screwed down with its backing plate in place

the deck back in place with the sound unit also all wired up but yet to get its cover fitted as i want to convert it to a glass top with holes drilled in so i can just use a small screw driver to alter the sounds without havin to remove all the top of the unit

Alas Chris, I fear we'll never qualify for the TBC as many are too far down the OCD path & are unapproachable by us even during a build let alone after a tidy.

The TBC is going strong. It is still the 5* club for all those who strive for organised perfection. Unfortunately there was a committee meeting where alcohol was served and Madam Fifi and her dancing girls were invited. There have been suggestions that it was, in reality, a party and Covid rules were disregarded. A ridiculous assertion. Our lawyers, Messrs Conem and Skrewem, will put all their energies into refuting this scurrilous accusation.
