I've got an M40 gun carriage build coming up after this one and I think I might try the black basing technique again. Should add some interest to an otherwise green paint job.

I Have an Eduard 1/48 ME109 (black primed), Eduard Hellcat and Tamiya Mustang (both in various stages of build) to try this technique on

Started the weathering tonight.
Normally I'd use an oil or enamel and do a pin wash, but this time I decided to try a Flory clay wash.
I was pleasantly surprised. Easy to use and I think a nice result.
