OMG mate! That must have been a real test for you. Well worth the effort. It certainly looks the DB's
Certainly was Steve, two of the linkages were just too small for me, luckily they were right under the gearbox so can't be seen .

Hopefully tomorrow I'll check my instructions from The Bamburg Military Information Center, who have very kindly given me some pointers as to what leave and remove . As not all of this kit will be used .

Say one thing for Mini Art the mouldings are really clean , certainly needed the saw to remove some of the smaller parts as they had so many attachment points .

Once the kit has been built I can start planning the Dio .

Nice powerplant JR..........I know you are champing at the "bit" to get started on the Dio......but patience Sir, Get the "Tanky" stuff done up real nice and then you can play at "Carpenters" and "Builders"! :tongue-out3: ;):thumb2:

You know me very well by that remark Rick !

Luckily Dude 1 is giving some great advice on what can be removed, feel more in control knowing what can be open . Found a gantry and other workshop kit , so all is coming together .

Will get this part spot on brother.

Hi John,
Apologies for coming through the back door...apparently governments have been formed that way. ;) Anyway thought this was the previous dio in a box...then hello...saw the SU-122 at the end of the title and thought I'd investigate.
Good you've got your burner lighted up and raring to go... I have asbestos clothing on and seated behind Steve and Jim...they seem to have some fire retardant plexiglass held up in front of them, waiting I presume for the explosive results of your build as everyone is anticipating including myself.
The contents of the barn are looking good coming together. I presume there will be lots of combustible hay around...your kind of environmental accelerant leaving no traces behind.
Busy skewing my marshmallows on the stick while you build...good to be amongst fellow well tanned bunch. Already feeling the heat...good stuff.

Cheers,
Richard

Greeting Richard, alas no fire this time. You might have to find a way of toasting your marshmallows using a welder !

Hi Peter, I enjoyed the first one I did so much decided to have another go . Lighting will come from

Small Scale Lights.

I've used them before and can recommend the company for great service and price.
Hi john

thanks for the link. i have contacted them and Jennifer is really helpful, as is their guide to LEDs. I am going to bite the bullet and add some leds to my Noggin the Nog dio - a flickering fire.
