well I,m call this juy/girl done,


its been a fun paint ,and with its problems,mostly the paint


peeling off ,or scratching off,:confused:


no clue why but it happened time and time again,:confused: :(


so I have done my best with it,a little hard going from 1/6 to about 1/24 or 55mm,


but I,m happy with it in some way ,and unhappy in others,


I think I,have let myshelfdown in a way or two, :(


well I,do hope that you all do enjoy them, ;)


and any comments most welcome,:confused: :rolleyes:

Nice work Moni, love em!


Paint scratching off and peeling is common on white metal. Need acid etch spray first, this will make the primer adhere better and then the top coat will stay on too.
 
All things considered they came out pretty good.


I find that Alclad primer is very good on white metal. In fact it is a very good all-rounder, as when it has cured it is a hard as nails..
 
Very, very nice Monica, interesting model, those buxom wenches hanging onto my legs were always a problem for me when trying to get out of the pub. :rolleyes:

for the info on the primer,for white metal,I did ask ,when I did get them and most lads at the shop said you should be fine with the Vallejo,primer, ;)


so the next thing is with ether of the two,were would you find them,


as I was going to get some more,but ,don,t wont that problem with paint peel,:rolleyes:
 
You never fail to impress. I'm still looking forward to the figure painting masterclass.
